The Nelson Ladies Auxiliary took the show on the road two weeks ago, and went North to Nisswa.  After spending one night in the RV Nation, I packed my bags, leaving Marty and the two kids to camp alone on The Land.  Listening to loud music all the way North, stopping only to pick up snacks and Bloody Mary's in a box (I KNOW! IT'S THE BEST INVENTION EVER!), I made it to the meeting just in time to change into my swimsuit before our boat ride.  I was met by the Ladies Auxiliary Welcome Wagon:

The first half of our meeting took place on a pontoon as we cruised around Gull Lake, eating snacks, sipping drinks, and stopping off at a few locations.  Only mildly sunburned and windblown, we returned to the house for naps.  Gradually, we all got cleaned up and reconvened on the dock in preparation for the evening.

We started out the second half of our meeting at Bar Harbor for dinner and a little dancing.

Then we moved to Zorbaz, to Matty's and back to Zorbaz to pick up the girls we'd left behind.

Official weekend theme song: "Rehab" by Amy Winehouse, which is a fitting tribute considering the number of cocktails consumed.  Also, it was on repeat in the car as we traveled from one place to the next, courtesy of Steph.
