And that means I'm old

Most of the time I don't feel really old.  Granted, I don't feel really YOUNG either, but I certainly don't feel old.  But lately, there have been a few things that have actually made me pause for a moment and consider how quickly time is passing:

1. My oldest child is four, no longer a toddler but a BOY.
2. The release of a 20th anniversary edition of Pretty in Pink (last year!).
3. The realization that my fifteen year class reunion is this year (although I haven't actually heard details...like that we're having one, just that we COULD).
4. Marty is scheduled to have his twenty year class reunion, which means that I'm married to an old man.
5. The most shocking...today my baby brother turns 30.  THIRTY.  As in THE BIG THREE-O.

Happy Birthday, Ryan!  We're looking forward to celebrating with you this weekend, even if acknowledging your age means admitting that I'm getting old.
