Intervention or invention
The other day while I was making breakfast, Martin was underfoot, trying to get into all of the utensil drawers. "Can you move over a little?" I asked.
"I'm lookin' for something," he told me. A moment later, he was at my side to show me his new invention:
"What is it?" I asked, hoping he wouldn't say that he saw a picture of me holding one of these when I was in college, just before I collapsed on a pile of coats and missed the whole disco party. Or that he had been on the phone with his Uncle Ryan, talking about how to make friends and influence people in your first two days at Ruttger's.
Instead of answering me, he gave me a demonstration.
I'm definitely going to have to give those people who represent Zamfir a call to let them know there is some new talent brewing on the streets of Hutchinson.

Whew, so he must be blowing out and not sucking in. Just don't give him any ideas by putting Koolaide in that funnel.

What a talented boy, makes his own instrument AND writes his own music!

when i first saw that picture -- I just couldn't WAIT to read what you had to say about it. Flashback city, not me surprisingly, but 'others'... the video is GREAT! He's very very talented. Honestly, i kind of feel like you dubbed a real track over a muted video of Martin.

Where do you come up with this stuff? I have never heard of Zamfir and his magic pan flute!!! Did I miss it during music appreciation 101?

Jennie,
You could be in for some big trouble. This may be a small glimps of the future.
