Three years down
Today marks the third anniversary for my brother Ryan and his wife Carrie. It hardly seems possible that it was over three years ago that Carrie and I were cranking out invitations, programs and hotel cards. Or that she was growing probably over a hundred pots of green grass on their front porch to use as centerpieces. Or that her sister Wendy was making dozens of cheesecakes to have for dessert on the big day. Here's proof that three years have passed - look at Martin in his little tux, only five months old in this photo:

I don't remember it this way, but it must have been a little windy that day.

Congratulations to both of you on the third anniversary of your very special day. I'm very lucky to have gotten such a great brother, and even luckier that he picked such a good wife.

Happy anniversary Ryan and Carrie! The card is in the mail (really!) Love from Mom and Dad

Thanks for the anniversary shout-out! Since the wedding - I have not been able to grow another blade grass, my sister has not made a single cheesecake, and Ryan is on wedding ring # 2. I think Martin has probably seen the most change in the last three years - its hard to belive he is the same person as the little guy in the tux.
