We are the champions
Yesterday, UPS delivered a large box to our house containing the "grand prize". Although it wasn't a glowing leg lamp that everyone in the neighborhood could admire, it's a prize that we all (or anyone who eats at our house in the next few weeks) can share.
We won Cherrybrook Kitchen's monthly photo contest in which we received a t-shirt (Sevda! Free t-shirt!), six boxes of their products, two spatulas, and a frisbee. Not to mention all the notoriety amongst other mothers of allergy-ridden children. I'm sure they'll totally admire the construction cake.

Not that I'm bragging, but that brings my contest winnings count to 2-2 this year. After winning second prize in the Hutchinson Leader recipe contest ($10 Cash Wise gift card, thank you), I didn't know if I could top it...and yet here we are. Next stop, Pillsbury Bake Off.
